2024 Election
2024 was the eighth year that degree-holding alumni of Baylor University were able to vote for an alumni member of the Baylor Board of Regents. Once again, the 2024 election was operated by third-party provider, Yes Elections (formerly Election America). Their secure, confidential online system was utilized to facilitate voting.

Who Can Vote?
All recipients of a Baylor undergraduate or graduate/professional degree are eligible to vote. For additional information on who may vote, please see the Rules Governing Elections for Alumni-Elected Regents, item (f).
Distribution of Credentials
Emailed Credentials: Credentials and instructions will be emailed to all graduates for whom we have a valid email address.
The Voting Period
- Feb. 12: Official Credentials arrive via email (if Baylor has your correct email address)
- Feb. 12: Online ballot opens at 8:00 a.m. CST
- Feb 20: Online ballot closes at 5:00 p.m. CST
How to Vote
Once balloting opens, credentials will be emailed to eligible voters along with a link to the ballot system.
